DOING THINGS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE SAFE, BUT JUST AS FUN.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT?
2020 has been challenging for many. Throughout our park there are hand sanitiser stations and posters with information for your visit.
We have opened the trampoline park at 50% capacity, to allow for safe distancing. In line with guidelines, this does not apply to under 11’s, so our soft play areas will be open as normal – albeit with enhanced frequent cleaning.
Cleaning and hygiene, given our type of business, has always been a top priority so luckily we haven’t had to change too much.
Please just be aware of the surroundings, keep an eye out for our sanitiser and posters and don’t forget to have fun!
Face masks are available for purchase on site
Please be patient with our Team, they are not making the rules we are only abiding by them, to keep you safe and themselves.

New Normal – PARTY COVID Restrictions
- Minimum 10 bouncers in a party
- No extra banners or decorations, only cakes may be brought in.
- No soft play parties being hosted due to the current situation.
- Social distancing guidance remains at 2 metres. Please respect others and keep your distance.
- Our capacity has been reduced.
- Customers will be asked to sanitise their hands while entering and leaving the building.
- The details of everyone entering the hangar will be recorded as part of the track & trace system.
- A one-way system will be in place, this will be pointed out to you at reception.
- There will be several hand sanitising stations around the hangar.
- Cleaning will be carried out more often, all tables will be sanitised after every use, please be patient if waiting for a table to be cleaned.
We hope you understand that we have put these changes in place in the interest of your safety. We ask that you respect these changes and help us to adjust to this new normal.
Please ensure you book online, and all jumpers will need to use the sanitiser before entering the trampoline area.
