Hangar 5 Trampoline Park is delighted to announce the start of the hotly anticipated Fitness Classes at the center located on the Fishguard Road, Haverfordwest.

Hangar 5 is home to over 100-inter-connecting trampolines including Dodgeball/Volleyball court, Slam Dunk Basketball Hoops and a giant Air bag.

There are many benefits to exercising on trampolines over more traditional exercising methods such as jogging:

–          Trampolining removes up to 80% of stress from your weight-bearing joints.

–          33% more efficient than jogging.

–          Helps to improve your immune system.

–          Supports bone and joint health.

–          Focus on core, cardio and rebound.

–          Above all, it’s FUN!

During a one hour session the average adult can burn up to 1000 calories. Since opening the park has attracted almost 50,000 visitors and has already begun fitness class sessions.

One participant commented “I struggle with going to the gym as the big mirrors are right there and it can be pretty tough on my joints and I end up with pain for days after. I’m so glad there is something different to do now”.

Rob James, Park Manager said “We had so many esquires over the summer regarding the sessions as they are massively popular in Australia and the United States and so we are very fortunate to have worked with a fantastic team of engaging instructors to put on sessions suitable for all abilities”.

The Fitness Classes at Hangar 5 currently run on Tuesday mornings from 9.45am until 10.30am, and will expand to Wednesday evenings from 6pm until 6.45pm and Sunday mornings from 10am until 10.45pm from mid-October. Booking is advisable due to limited spaces by calling the Bookings Team on 01437 700555 or calling in.
