Do you have soft play?
Our soft play is now open, it is only available to children under 5 who are unable to bounce. No shoes must be worn inside and no food or drink can be consumed in or around the soft play area.
What is the Family session?
This session is the only time under 4’s can bounce. All Under 6’s need an adult on a one to one basis, the child must be able to walk unaided in this session. Ages 6 – 12years can bounce alone. No 13 year olds and older in the family session.
What if I change my mind can I have a refund?
If you change your mind after making a booking, we cannot offer a refund – you are commiting to that time/date.

What is the age limit?
Under 4’s can only bounce on the family sessions, ages 4 & 5 years can bounce but must be accompanied by an adult on a one to one basis. Ages 6 years and above can bounce alone.
Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you can jump when you want. Weekends and holidays sell out in advance and walk-ins cannot be accommodated if we are sold out. Click BOOK NOW to check availability and make a session booking.
I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?
Unfortunately all bookings must be paid online through the payment portal at booking stage. If you are unable to do this online, you can make a booking over the counter with cash, however this will mean you are not booking in advance and run the risk of missing out or waiting for a session with available space. If you’d like to pop in and pay by cash a member of staff will be happy to help with this.
Is my booking refundable or transferrable?

What time should I arrive for my booking?
If you arrive later than 30 minutes prior to your bounce commencing, you may loose bounce time if your check in is delayed due to queues or long waiting times at Reception. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the session has already begun, you will not be permitted to bounce and no refund shall be issued.

What do I wear & are there change rooms available?
We don’t have private changing rooms, but we do have a locker room, where you can store your belongings. The cost of the locker is 20p. We recommend athletic clothing with some stretch. Baggy jeans are fine or tracksuit pants and long sleeve shirts are recommended. Anti-slip socks with grip are compulsory for hygiene purposes and to avoid slipping.
Can I bring my own food?
Due to food health & safety, no self-catering is allowed in our venues.
Is there a weight/other limits?
All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy, at least 6 years old to bounce alone and must weigh less than 18 stone/115 kg
Is jumping good for me?
Yes. Trampolining is one of the best form of exercise there is!
Is it safe?
If you have any concerns you must consult your GP before taking part in any form of physical exercise. Trampolines carry a risk due to the nature of the activity, you must be aware and prepared for this if you wish to bounce.
